Once your order has been shipped, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier to deliver your package. While we are not liable for shipping issues, we will endeavour to seek necessary compensation from the carrier in the event of lost, stolen, or damaged packages. 

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We are not liable for any additional costs or customs-related issues, including delays, confiscations, or refusals.

4. No Liability for Force Majeure
We are not liable for shipping delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters, weather conditions, or pandemics.

  • Strikes, labor disputes, or transportation issues.

  • Governmental actions or customs delays.

5. Risk of Loss and Title
All products purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier. We will endeavour to seek necessary compensation from the carrier in cases of loss or damage, but we are not responsible for uninsured packages.

6. No Refunds or Replacements for Shipping Issues
While we will attempt to seek compensation from the carrier, we do not guarantee refunds, replacements, or compensation for items lost, damaged, or delayed during shipping. We will endeavour to find a reasonable solution.

7. Shipping Insurance
If you wish to protect your shipment, we recommend purchasing third-party shipping insurance. We do not provide shipping insurance by default and are not responsible for uninsured packages.
